Yes, we offer a 3-day trial during which you can access some features and experience the results of Surprise Now.

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account through the membership details portal. When you cancel, your account will not renew. If you cancel before your plan expires, you'll still have access to the remaining time you've already paid for.

We have a network of over 1,500 suppliers offering excellent products and services on our platform, and this network continues to grow every day.

When you perform a search, the results come as links that redirect you to the suppliers' websites. You'll see a heart icon next to each supplier's link. Click on this icon to save them. All your liked suppliers can be found in your Favorites section.

You can add your special dates to our calendar, and we'll send you reminders based on your preferences, whether it's months, days, or hours before the event. Never worry about forgetting or missing any special occasions again.

When you start using the platform, the last field in "Start Gifting Today" is "Event," and you can fill it in there.

Alternatively, you can go to "My Events" and add your events directly.
